Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you about a scheduled maintenance update.
As part of a technical optimization, we are expanding the accessibility of our Managed Services instances with an additional top-level domain (TLD): xaas.plus.cloud.
This means: Your existing instances will now also be accessible via a new FQDN. The previous FQDN remains unchanged and can continue to be used as usual.
The new instances and access points have already been fully set up, and the necessary certificates have been updated accordingly, so the new domain is now available as a parallel access point for your services.
There are no functional restrictions for you as a customer. Existing access via the previous FQDN remains fully intact. Internally, a gradual migration is taking place without any impact on your current usage.
You may notice the following changes:
In Cloudhub, the new FQDN will now be displayed alongside the credentials
The PTR record for the instance IP will now point to the new FQDN
The change has been successfully tested in advance using internal instances and is planned to ensure uninterrupted service.
