Dear Customers, The currently deployed version contains several critical security vulnerabilities (CVE), including vulnerabilities with a severity rating of up to 9.9 (critical). These vulnerabilities could potentially allow unauthorized access, system compromise, or compromise the integrity of backups. Due to the high risk to system availability and security, an immediate update is required as part of an emergency maintenance procedure.

During this period, customers will be unable to retrieve or manage backups for approximately 60 minutes. Backups currently in progress will not be interrupted but will be allowed to run until completion. The following services across all regions are affected:
