Dear customer, We would like to inform you about an update of our Openstack environment. We will be updating to SCS Release 7. This is required to ensure the continued operability and stability of the platform.
Date: Saturday, 12. October 2024 - pluscloud open Region prod2 [DE-NORTH-1] Saturday, 19. October 2024 - pluscloud open Region prod1 [DE-WEST-1] Saturday, 26, October 2024 - pluscloud open Region prod3 [DE-NORTH-2] Time: in each case between 09:00 and 17:00 (CEST) Reference ticket: PCO-1476, PCO-1477, PCO-1478 Impact: During the update of the services, the API or user interface (UI) may be temporarily unavailable. This downtime affects a specific OpenStack service that is updated on a single system at a time. Despite this interruption, the ongoing workload remains unaffected and is not impacted.
The necessary maintenance work serves the security, up-to-dateness and performance of our infrastructure. We will endeavor to complete them as quickly as possible and with as little impact on your systems as possible.

Oktober 2024 - pluscloud open Region prod3 [DE-NORTH-2] Uhrzeit: jeweils in der Zeit zwischen 09:00 bis 17:00 Uhr (MESZ) Referenz-Ticket: PCO-1476, PCO-1477, PCO-1478 Auswirkungen: Während der Aktualisierung der Dienste kann es zu einer vorübergehenden Nichtverfügbarkeit der API oder Benutzeroberfläche (UI) kommen. Diese Ausfallzeit betrifft einen spezifischen OpenStack-Dienst, der jeweils auf einem einzelnen System aktualisiert wird. Trotz dieser Unterbrechung bleibt die laufende Arbeitslast unberührt und wird nicht beeinträchtigt.
