Dear Customer, We would like to inform you about an important security update concerning the NVIDIA vGPU product used within the PlusCloud.
Affected customers: All customers using the vGPU product in the PlusCloud environment.
Background: NVIDIA has published a security announcement regarding vulnerabilities in the Display Driver, rated with a CVSS score of 8.3. A patch on the infrastructure level has already been applied by us to close this security gap.
To ensure full protection, an update within the operating system of your virtual machine (VM) is also required. This update must be performed by you as the customer.

Sachverhalt: NVIDIA hat eine Sicherheitsankündigung zu Schwachstellen im Display Driver veröffentlicht (CVSS-Score: 8,3). Ein Patch auf Infrastruktur-Ebene wurde von uns bereits eingespielt, um die Sicherheitslücke zu schließen.
Um die Lücke auch auf Kundenseite vollständig zu schließen, ist ein Update innerhalb des Betriebssystems Ihrer virtuellen Maschine (VM) erforderlich. Dieses Update muss durch Sie als Kunde durchgeführt werden.
