Dear customer,
Lumen will be carrying out important renovation work to MUC1, Munich Data Centre Wamslerstrasse 8 from March 2021 until November 2021. As part of this work they will be completely replacing the roof. This will involve removing the roof cladding in small sections and replacement with a new roofing structure.
This work will not involve any changes to our service or on-site devices. Lumen are taking additional measures to ensure your services are protected, including temporary covers installed over cabinets and additional cleaning to ensure no interruption to your service.
Access to your devices remains unaffected and we do not expect to have any restrictions during the work.
For your own safety, you are required to wear a safety helmet at all times while in the collocation area. We will provide these for you at the entrance.
