Dear valued customers, Since the introduction of the Apollon platform in 2013, our infrastructure and the requirements for our peering platforms have continuously grown. DE-CIX will enable new features in its global interconnection network to enhance its functionality and increase security. This maintenance is the first part of the upcoming EVPN migration of our peering services.
During the maintenance window, we will enable additional signalling protocols (RSVP-TE, BGP, sBFD) in our interconnection network. No customer impact is expected.
Though we don't expect any customer impact, we are planning to split the works into two parts: Applying of the configuration to all our nodes worldwide Activating the configuration changes
